The rooms were clean, though we were in the basement or cellar room. The morning breakfasts were delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful

Very congested room and parking is costly. No microwave in room. Staffs are very friendly

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was QUIET, the hotel did not smell like people smoked. Parking was available & to my surprise, there were 2 spaces for EV charging (although one was in the "Handicapped" spot, so I checked with staff first).

Breakfast was free, but it was not very good. Everything else was good.

Great value for money, close to the subway. Nice staff, could not fault it.

This hotel was clean and near where I needed to be in Brooklyn. Very easy to get on the train to Manhattan and on to LGA as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only drawback at all would be the breakfast- the coffee was not really hot but they did offer several different milk/cream options. I was going out for breakfast anyway so lack of options was not an issue for me but it might be for others. I'll be back!

There was a strange noise that you could hear all day long. It was a weird buzzing sound coming from the wall. This was my second time staying there and the first time the experience was so much better.
