No complimentary coffee or breakfast, only two towels for two people, no foldable luggage rack in a senior room, one bottle of water for two people!!

Most important to me-
The Room was Actually Soundproofed!!
First solid nights sleep in a while.
Almost stayed an extra night just to catch up on sleep.
Also- really well equipped Gym

很好 Control of hot water & cold water is very difficult. Takes a while to get the hot water then becomes too hot.
Cleaning staffs on 9th floor were so noisy outside of our room. Had never had that kind of noises right outside of the Hotel rooms. This should be controlled by the Hotel management

The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee.

two out of the three shower containers of conditioner and body wash were completely empty. the bed felt like a step above a pull out mattress. the front desk staff were fine, but definitely not overly interested in making things right or engaging in the least. just overall disappointing, to be honest.

Room was great. Bed was clean. Bathroom toilet seat wasn’t 100% clean so I had to clean it myself. Was happy with the car parking. Would stay there again.
