I was happy, the olace was clean and comfortable. My only thing for improvement would be a 2nd cup of coffee. I needed to go get milk to have another one.

There literally wasn’t anything I didn’t like. For the cost I think the value was truly extraordinary. I will be going back. It was a little far from where I had to be but I will gladly drive that extra distance so I can stay in this level of quality and value. A great stay!

This is our default place to stay in Melbourne. Excellent value for the spacious apartments that are very comfortable, light and well equipped. Staff always happy to help. Highly recommend.

Room had a musty stale smell when I entered. Something that suggested strongly of mold or unaired facilities.
Food in the restaurant was over priced and low in quantity. $36 for a Thai Green curry with one small bowl of rice and a small serve on a small plate is not worth it. But on a wet cold windy night I had no choice !
Parking was undercover and ok.
Upstairs Queen sized bed was comfortable and warm. But that musty smell did begin to creep up the stairs in the early hours of the morning after I turned off the bathroom expeller fan.

低於平均 Dingy, depressing room. Desperately in need of an upgrade. When I turned the light on in the bathroom, the ceiling form made a horrible squeaking, grating noise.

Typical 1970s style motel. Facilities dated, but spacious & clean. Very nice staff. Good restaurant & room service. Food portions generous & well priced.
