Activities were excellent

食事付プランを予約しました。毎日の食事メニューが異なり、食事が楽しかったです。前日からの睡眠不足と疲れにより、初日の夕食会場で失神をしましたが、ホテルのスタッフの介助があり、命が助かりました。

I will never use them again. Disillusioned. Toilet water pressure is low. Toilet paper is poorly located. No bathtub. No shower curtain. The restaurant is not open. The entire hotel was poorly maintained and dirty everywhere. It was the worst.

The property is unique and definitely caters to the Asian visitors. Beautiful room, spacious. Cons: sewer smell on ground floor near restaurant, front desk told us it would be less expensive to purchase meals through them than at the dining places onsite. This was not true- it was MORE expensive. I told them this at checkout and no offer to make anything right. Pool was nice and view extraordinary.

I felt sorry for the slide and the kids' play. It's a pity that Kenidek is available only late because it's a weekday. The balcony view was so pretty and the service was nice. The sailing service was attractive because you could see the beautiful sea far away. The person who gave me a sailing ride was so kind and it was the best experience.

Overall, the Kensington Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, during my 3-night, 4-day stay, the issue with ants in the room was never resolved, which was quite troublesome. Other than that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view from the room was beautiful, making my stay enjoyable.

Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the lovely staff. They were so nice and kind. There were 2 things that I did not give a 5 start The dinner buffet could have been better. Also, I was disappointed that there was no snorkeling rental.

객실이너무더워서 에어컨을밤새틀엇는데도 25도엿음.고장난것같다고 엔지니어를3번이나불럿는데도 고장아니라고함.귀찮았는지 객실바꿔줫는데 바뀐방은7도이상안올라가고 유지되는방이엇음.어이없음. 오후가됏는데도 객실청소왜안해둿냐니깐 당장하겟다고햇으면서 1시간나갓다가왓는데도안되어잇음.죄송하단말도안하고 어이없음.물은 녹물임.특1급맞나싶음. 레스토랑도저녁은 예약을안하면원하는곳에서 먹을수없음.야외바베큐는벌레엄청꼬임.조식때 안내벋은자리에 가방도 나둿는데.음식퍼러갓다왓는데 중국인들이 앉아잇음.당황해하는데 직원이 안내도안해줌.이랜드가인수햇다고해서 한국서비스기대햇는데.한국서비스수준을알게됏음
