Giovanni was our agent. He was very helpful and accommodating. The property itself was not very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were not very clean.

There was a misunderstanding, when I booked the room it was clear than the breakfast is included, the man who is in charge of this "hotel" told me that I have to pay an extra to get the breakfast.

No se debe anunciar como hotel, es un airbnb nada que ver con lo que anuncia, no lo recomiendo para nada, si no traes monedas no usas el elevador, terrible

We stayed for 11 days and had a wonderful experience. Lillian was very helpful, answered anytime I messaged her. This is my 2nd time staying here and we will be back again. Place is clean, safe and very well taken care of. Some great restaurants and shopping a few steps away. Thank you guys again for a wonderful experience :) . It was my son’s 1st time there and definitely not his last.

Room smelled smokey and musty. Furniture from 1952 was dirty and stained. Location was filthy,trash,graphiti,dangerous characters everywhere, a slum. Naples is a dangerous trash heap. Human and animal feces next to so-called eateries. Uncollected garbage piled onto sidewalks. Afraid to take Metro had to walk everywhere. Train station packed with loitering illegals looking for victims. Avoid Naples and this property at all costs.

Hotel was comfortable & service was good. However had to pay to use elevator to get to room else has tonuse stairs

BEWARE…no lobby with receptionist. It WASN’T clearly stated. It was a surprise to me and I had never experienced this type of check in. I’m used to dropping off luggage if I arrive early, but this wasn’t an option for this type of establishment. Guessing this is the future of efficient, low cost stays. The staff did everything they could to help, including an earlier check in. Just saying that the info was buried in the “AT A GLANCE” section , rather than “POLICIES” section. From what I understand, this is more and more common in Europe. I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels over the years, but guess there’s a first time for everything.

Jeanette was very helpful throughout the process. The area itself is not the quietest or cleanest, but convenient for walking around Naples and getting to and from the train station.

We had a fantastic stay at Cuore Napoletano. Saw other reviews about access to the property after hours, but we had no issues at all, we were offered remote checkin but I preferred in person. Yes they do not have a reception with a person there, but they are super responsive on whatsapp, Jeanette was assigned to check us in. She was in constant communication with us and waiting for us at the property, she did our checking super fast, was very friendly, showed us how everything worked and suggested many places to eat, some of her suggestions were the best restaurants we tried. Sunday night the wifi was not working, I contacted her on WhatsApp and she answered within seconds, showed us how to reset the router! Superb service from Jeanette and Coure Napolitano! I would stay here 100% if I am coming back to Naples. The place is super conveniently located, 10 min walk to train station, 5-7 min walk to Metro station. And very close to historic centre. We didnt use the breakfast service, we like to try different places to eat and this was not a feature we cared much about… All in all, great experience, great location, great price,and awesome service from Jeanette!!! A++

Great, clean rooms! Friendly and great staff! Fantastic Location! Close to the Napoli Train Station and the area had great shopping and restaurants. Will definitely come here again!
