チェックイン時、ロビーにいた受付の人がずっと電話していた。 それで部屋には案内されたが、そのために朝食についての確認が漏れた。 この施設は「朝食あり」とされているが、実は追加料金を支払わないと食べられないらしい。 そのことを知らずに翌朝、朝食を食べられると思ったら、私の分はなく、それで予約したツアーに参加するまでの間に、急いで近くのスーパーからインスタントラーメンを探して食べなくてはいけなくなった。 なお、連泊しても客室の清掃は行われない。 この部屋には、バスタオルやドライヤーもない。 宿泊したのは冬場だったが、シャワーからはほとんどお湯は出ず、冷水浴だと思うしかなかった。 掛布団は薄いので、対策しないと夜中に寒さで目覚めることになる。 これで星１つにしなかったのは、盗難などの問題が生じなかったからに過ぎない。 Expediaの評価では8.0点だったりするが、これは妙な高評価だと思う。

Small hotel to stay. Everyone was so helpful, reception guy knew everything and help us organize -on a budget- for few activities. If I ever come to luanprabang, I would definitely book this hotel again.

Great location. Excellellent staff. We had the deluxe roo.. Very spacious, comfortable, nice balcony to relax w a cocktail. Across from stupa and close (walking) to many sites & tourist interests. Would recommend and stay agai

Bien ubicado, personal muy amable pero no habla inglés. Pudrían mejorar servicio de limpieza de habitaciones

Väldigt trevliga och mycket hjälpsamma. Åker vi dit igen så blir det till Villa Sayada

Was great place to stay and staff went beyond what was expected

Sporadic towel service, shower cold (later fixed), wall hooks fell to the floor, room and bathroom dirty, WiFi down for 2 days, breakfast served in a different guesthouse a few doors down. A beautifully designed guesthouse being run into the ground. Disappointing

The room was clean, the bed was slightly hard, staff was helpful. Our room was noisy from the restaurant that was next door.

It was convenient to the sights and restaurants. The staff was friendly. Their English was adequate. I would stay again if we ever get back to Luang Prabang.
