Our host Murry was kind enough to help us with our bags and help us park our car on their private parking lot. The breakfast was delicious in a quaint setting in their front lounge.

Location was great, close to town. Continental breakfast was nice. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side, tv channels/ reception was terrible.

The property was conveniently and located in a nice mixed residential area, It is clean, the owner and daughter were nice and helpful. The bed, and linens (thin and rough) were lowbrow and breakfast was comparatively less generous in its offerings than other 3 Star properties.

A small handy place to rest for a few days. Neat view of the River Ness from our room! It was a VERY tight fit for the 2 of us and our luggage. Highly recommend including the breakfast - it’s a neat treat and gets you out of your room. PARKING / BAG MOVING is a pain - as it’s around the back of the property and you have to circle the block to come in through front. Still a positive experience… the location allowed us to walk to food (big recommend for Johnny Foxes and the. The Auctioneers for local food and culture).

Beautiful view, walkable to the centre of town. Staff were helpful.

Check in was smooth, appears the manager of the place does check in and serves breakfast, possibly cooks the breakfast. Place is very run down, bedding was clean but carpet is stained, and areas of building were extremely messy and cluttered. Breakfast was good, dining room clean. Grounds were also very unkept.

Nothing. The owners were not hospitable. Had a switch to turn on hot water for shower. . No bottles of water in room or ice available. Plastic under the sheets, that made you hot. Sheets came off bed. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
