Great communication from start to finish. Amazing location. Accurate listing. Excellent value for money One thing to note. The excellent location in a street with great bars and restaurants means it's a little noisy. It didn't bother me but something to consider when booking

Very walkable location, spacious apartment that had everything we needed. The apartment had plenty of towels, toiletries, laundry soap, a drying rack, dish soap and sponge and many other little touches that made the stay comfortable. The mini-split A/C unit made it bearable when temperatures outside were rising. I couldn’t figure out how to make the oven work and didn’t attempt to light the gas stove but if I’d had to use them I would have texted the management who were very responsive and helpful. Seamless from check-in to checkout, would definitely stay again if we’re in Yerevan!

Super nice apartment with washing machine. Location is optimal, good wifi, good communication with operator. I'll stay there again even though the floor was kinda dirty

Great property that everyone liked. Its lokated near Yerevan Opera house, artist part, famous Cascade park. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores. Parking might be difficult, bit possible. Love it and wish to return to this place again.
