Room huge and very comfortable bed. Air con working in my room but not in my friends room. Breakfast excellent. Very close to the shops. Definitely stay here again when back in Birmingham.

Useful and neat small room. Across the street from Birmingham New Street Station but feels quiet and peaceful.

The hotel was good, but a little dated. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room was a good size, but there was no air conditioning, so it did get too hot. There was a fan provided but not as good as air conditioning would have been. The bathroom was big but the shower was over the bath, not a walk in shower Overall, it was fine, but at the price point I would expect higher end - there are better options in the city centre at a similar price

Lovely hotel in great location, great room though air conditioning wasn't working, however the fan in the room and the bottles of water were appreciated

Lovely hotel with the most comfortable bed! Great central location and really friendly helpful staff, especially Mini on reception who was so welcoming. Thankyou. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely characterful hotel in great location

Not enough people at front desk to check in/ out quickly. Room was ok, couldn’t completely turn off the AC. Breakfast was great.

Surprised that after taking the lift to the second floor bedrooms, there were then two small flights of stairs to reach them, awkward with a stick. The room was big, bright and airy. There was a lot of storage space, a fridge and decent seating area with two armchairs and a table. Bathroom was also a good size, although if you were tall the toilet was too low down to be comfortable (partner 6ft) I'm 5'4" and I found it just on my limit before being uncomfortable. Saying that, it was a really great place to stay. Central to everything we needed and we walked everywhere (except the jewellery quarter which was up a lot of hill so we got the tram). Would stay here again.
