Some staff do not speak English and was difficult to communicate with Few are very helpful the others are rude The rooms are full of dust and not cleaned properly The hotel lift very bad Bed sheets provided are not cleaned properly

Not the best location, hotel images are a little over exaggerated. The staff are fantastic and free parking a plus. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you are travelling with children. There are no window restraints and no air conditioning so if you need air and have children there is a constant worry.

The only good thing I found about this hotel, especially for my family trip, was the free secured parking, as I was travelling with the car, and its very close and convenient location for getting to Keukenhof. The hotel is very old, and the rooms badly need repair. The cleanliness of the room was also very poor, with a really dirty floor. I cannot say anything about the breakfast, as we booked without it.
