Pros: Great location, right on the beachfront boardwalk / Beautiful beach / Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby / Two pools (one indoor and one rooftop). Cons: Limited parking, and you have to walk a few minutes from the parking area to the hotel / The property is supposed to be smoke-free, but not all guests follow the policy. Our room smelled like marijuana when we arrived, and the odor came back from time to time when other guests were smoking / The kitchenette was only equipped with one pot. There were no utensils or dish towels / Very little storage space, and the only dresser with drawers was broken. We had a room with a "city view," and each morning the garbage truck came to pick up the trash at 5 AM.

Would definitely stay again

Room was clean. Hotel staff was friendly.

Loved the proximity to beach and boardwalk and amenities in our oceanfront room with kitchen features. Staff was very very prompt and helpful. The lobby area was extremely warm and the parking situation less than desirable.

The only issue was the presence of one elevator, long waits and lots of people waiting at times

AC leaked water and soaked the carpet. Staff did what they could.

They don’t clean/stock rooms at all so if you need towels or toilet paper you have to ask the very grumpy house keeping staff who will eventually get it. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling that made our sink all went and when we told the front desk they said they would make a note. No one ever came to look. The refrigerator is also very loud. Our key card stopped working multiple times and it took three or four trips to the front desk to finally get in our room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
