The entire experience in this property was superb. Unparalleled service and if you have a choice to include breakfast, do not even think about it. Best breakfast ever combined with the hospitality of Canarias.

We had a problem the first night as there was an event going on. Snd the noise was horrendous.. they eventually at midnight changed our room .. once we settled down and got over the bad start we ended up loving this hotel and highly recommend v
The breakfast was also very good
We would stay there again in a heartbeat
But would ask for a quiet area

The breakfast and outdoor pool at this hotel are amazing. I wouldn't spend the extra to get a suite with access to the rooftop area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Catalina. The room was very nice, well kept and clean. The hotel had a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of options.
The service was OK. Great at times and requiring improvement at some instances.
We really liked the amenities, including the pools. We found the restrictions on which pools our toddler could use and which not somewhat restrictive. There is absolutely no harm in allowing kids to the soa pool under restricted hours, e.g. morning until 19am. Many other more prestigious hotels do it, why not Santa Catalina. Thankfully staff were accommodating were they could!
