很好 The food for all meals was very good . Cleanliness of hotel great - the lobby, bathrooms , the room . Great location to explore Paris. It is an older hotel ( 1925?) so the rooms were smaller - we had a balcony which helped the feel of being open . Mattress, pillows, linens great . The room temp would only go down to 19 celsius in the thermostat . not sure it reached that and with the thickness of the comforter seemed a little warm in late May. They had construction in the room above us one day , but made it right with a food service credit

Unfortunately, our check in process was terrible. We had traveled all day and did not expect our rooms to be ready when we got there at noon so booked a tour and came back around 4:30pm. When we came at noon the person at the front desk told us she didn't know when our rooms would be ready because the family in them had a late check out. We did not need to be in the rooms until 4:30 so we didn't worry about it. when we returned at 4:30 the rooms were still not ready and we were told there was nothing they could do, the rooms just weren't ready. This is a 5 star hotel which charges 5 star hotel prices... check in is at 3pm. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We have stayed at numerous luxury hotels and have never had such a terrible experience.
Not only were the staff unhelpful but the service for breakfast was equally bad. Cream for the coffee never came, the orders were not taken properly and we were overcharged both mornings. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. The only very friendly staff was the doorman.
