The hotel is adjacent to the cenrral station, so quite convenient. The rooms were quite large and the breakfast excellent. However, the rooms need more lighting and the air conditioning was hardly sufficient. The room really didn't cool down much until after midnight.

Nice hotel located centrally so it was easy to walk to many of the cities sites, Great shopping in the area too and right across the street from the main train station (Porta Nuova).

Very helpful staff for when we needed to check in last minute and store our bags before our rooms were ready. They even brought them up and had them waiting in one of our rooms when we arrived.

Room was dated but was very big . It is right beside the train station . A walk across the street tahrs you into the heart of Turin . Perfect location

Clean room, helpful staff

Clean room, friendly staff, spa on site, walking distance to historical center with museums, restaurants and shopping

Room was clean and pretty big, the facility is a bit out of date, elevator is not in the best condition, breakfast is small and the checkin process and parking support is confusing

Great hotel, we'll positioned and quiet. Breakfast was good, and reception were helpful

Great hotel, great location.

Great hotel in central Torino. The room was comfortable but I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so had to open a window. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
