Everything was good besides the obnoxiously loud slamming of doors outside my room every 5 seconds all day everyday for 5 days. Like dude who slams doors like that. Like that’s not normal at all. I wouldn’t stay there again personally.

Microwave in our room had no power. Air conditioning would never go below 80 degrees. Very hot and humid weather that week so that was not pleasant.

we stay for 5 day it is a nice place to stay, clean place, nice roof pool with the view and close to everything beach, Quinta avenida and the taxi company is down there no expensive

Room

The perfect spot, and location!!!!! The location was exactly as described, and nice and cozy.The host was responsive and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The front desk never seems to know how to check people in. They always seem confused even though the envelopes with the names of people are right in front of them on their desk… Aside from that, the room was bad. Shower doesn’t work, a/c doesn’t work, and not to mention a huge cockroach on the bed. On top of all that, the host running these rooms is extremely difficult to reach and did not even respond at all to my complaints or put me in a different room.

This was our third time at Singular Joy and second time we had Erica as our host. We absolutely love it there and are already planning our trip for next year! It’s a block off of 5th Ave and a block to the beach (although it’s small by the property). The rooftop pools are stunning but nothing compares to the view!! Angel (apologies if I spelt it wrong) at the rooftop bar was an absolute pleasure to chat with. She makes THE BEST mango mojitos!! Highly recommend this property!!

Too noisy

The unit is located right by the night club loud music til 4am in the morning. The unit needs to be upgraded TV did not work on the living room no coffee machine and furniture is worn out.
