I highly recommend this hotel; the staff provides excellent service, everything is very nice, I felt very comfortable and will definitely return to this same hotel.

Excelente Servicio en todo.

The hotel itself is pretty. But there were a lot of little things that I didn’t love. When we got there the AC wasn’t working, luckily they didn’t have any issues changing our room. The shuttle that they offer is a little expensive, I would say just get a taxi from the airport. The free breakfast some days is really good and others, it’s just not that great. The thing that really put a bad taste in our mouth is that the front desk lady had been lovely the whole trip, but when we set up transportation from the hotel to the airport when leaving, she had assured us multiple times that we were set to have a ride to the airport. Then the day of, the other front desk person had no idea what we were talking about, and when they called her to confirm, they said that we had to make our own arrangements which was very stressful and had we known we would’ve done that to begin with. Luckily, we were able to find an Uber that was half the price of what the hotel was gonna charge us to take us to the airport.

The AC was broken, the pillows were uncomfortable, not too clean. Breakfast was delicious, the servers were very helpful and pleasant

Found roaches in the room and the AC was not working so it was really hot in our room.

Hay area para parquear y el desayuno es muy delicioso!

Olé installation. Clean. Not near any atraction. Good pick if you have car
