When we arrived we were sent off to a ‘sister’ hotel. The taxi dropped us off in the city centre where the taxi driver couldn’t tell us the name of the new hotel. We had to wander around, trying a few other hotels, before we happened to come across the ‘new’ hotel.
A very poor distressing experience.

Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and very pleasant. Some street noise during the afternoon but quiet during the night. Smart TV! No problems. I will be happy to stay here again.
