Stayed at Vivanta for about 10 days in June. Good to be back in Kochi after 2 years. We landed just as the monsoon season was starting, so nice to see the rains.
Hotel is well maintained; staff are very responsive and courteous. Excellent food at the Bubble cafe.

The property is clean and rooms are renovated. The staff is prompt and helpful. Restaurant area is also beautiful. You can go out for a walk to Marine drive directly from hotel.

Very Old Room, centipede roaming in room, High risk staying with kids and family, we reached by 8 PM, worst welcome.. boys at the lobby didn't care about the arrival or luggage only a senior person from the front desk tried helping with the luggage. Very lethargic behaviour,didnt expect this from a star hotel like Taj.. felt like very normal hotel stay. Nothing special.

Excellent property, staff were fantastic, very close to Marine Drive and property is in excellent condition. I booked through Hotels and my name was appearing different in their system. They promised to correct the name in the account after giving my ID card and never done so.

極佳 We had a fantastic stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. Staff were extremely attentive, responsive and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. We appreciated the variety of delicious food for breakfast and dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel located bang on Marine Drive ernakulam and one can see the backwaters which looks like the ocean view from the rooms.. very reasonable price for Taj hospitality.. super value for money hotel
