The room smelled musty. The beds were lumpy. As I was leaving and checking my bed for any socks or other items under the covers, I saw a bed bug crawling around!!!!!
I recorded it and reported to the desk upon turning in our keys. The clerk, Regina simply said they would send for an inspection to see if the room had any issues and there was nothing she could do about our situation! No credit or refunds could be made until they had evidence of pests.

Room outdated. Carpet seams separated. Hair dryer controls don’t work. It’s either on or off when you plug it in.
