The hotel seemed a little “rundown” but it was secure, mostly clean, had a pool, and a great price! There was a huge gap the whole way around the door and no black out curtains so it didn’t get very dark in the room at night. We were in room one and could hear a lot of road noise but that isn’t the fault of the hotel, just an FYI. I received the gate and room codes via email and had zero issues. When booking your room, make sure you choose to have parking included. I would stay here if I were in New Orleans again!

Parking was a little tight but doable and very secure. The room was cool and comfortable, but especially the first night it was very noisy.

Easy, breezy lemon squeezy. Nice clean room, easy check in , comfy bed.

Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the floor. It's nicely tiled which should make it easy to mop clean. We remove shoes and walk barefoot. Seeing how dirty they got after cleaning them was disappointing. Thankfully with so many towels, we could clean our feet and the most trafficked floor to reduce the grime on our bare soles. The neighborhood feels a bit sketchier than it actually is but a tip is to walk on same side of Tulane and if walking to Canal for the streetcar, use a street more north than south.

My experience here was great! Cute little hotel. Parking was secure. Room was clean. Friendly staff! I will stay here again when I visit Nola!

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property. Felt safe with gated parking lot as well. Even got to enjoy some sun in the pool Would definitely recommend and go back.

The hotel was clean and property was nice but we had room 1 and the noise from the office AC was very loud. The room needed a chair that was comfortable, a 2nd luggage rack and a second nightstand. The pool was ice cold and not usable. The hotel was very convenient location but lacked a few things

It took a while for the room to cool down when we first got there.
