I loved literally everything about this place, including the privacy and location. It's a small hotel with only about eight rooms so it felt very private and cozy. The location is right at the base of Prague Castle, tucked away down a very pretty backstreet which is right near all the best places to walk to in Mala Strana. The staff was also so helpful and nice, especially Jana! I would easily stay here again whenever I return to Prague.

Staff was so kind and location couldn’t have been more perfect. Beautiful rooms and service at breakfast was great with several items on a buffet as well as made to order. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Prague!

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are big and have a lot of storage, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is so accommodating. Jana went out of her way to find good restaurants for us and give us recommendations. It was a very relaxing and beautiful property and I will recommended it to friends that travel to Prague.

Truly a beautiful property, and we were delighted to tour the amenities before we used an actual, physical key to open the door to our gorgeous room. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed dining outside in the fine weather as well as inside when it rained overnight. We were busy touring Prague and did not come back in time for the afternoon wine and cheese, but very much appreciated the opportunity. The staff is incredibly helpful, and cheerfully printed (!) directions to various nearby stores.

The location was excellent to all the main attractions Prague has to offer. The area was super quiet. The rooms are beautiful and very well designed. Our staff was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the butlers Max and Yrury. They have lovely personalities and are so very helpful! However, if you’re looking to use the pool or restaurant, these are at the other hotel location. For us, we did not need these perks so our stay was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet romantic getaway and away from the hustle bustle and noise of Prague.

We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived at the Alchemist Castle Hotel. Service was beyond expectation. Location was quiet and great central walking point to sites all around. Great breakfast every morning and wine and cheese every afternoon. Staff was so helpful with tours, drivers, direction or anything we needed. A big “10” for our stay!

Very unique 14 century property with elegance room interior. It feels like time machine travel. Less than 10min walk to Castle. Strongly recommend.

This place absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were so attentive and nice! Breakfast included. Amenities were great. I have nothing bad to say about this place and highly recommend if staying in Prague!

This hotel was like staying in a cozy intimate house. The staff (especially Elena) was so welcoming and accommodating during our entire stay. If you like boutique hotels this one is a must! Our room was extremely spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was a ton of closet space. Location was prime- a ten min walk to the castle! Will definitely return!
