I really enjoyed my stay. I had so much fun with the entertainment. The hot tub was amazing. My room was very clean and fresh each day. The first desk ladies were very nice and helpful. There were two things I didn’t like. I used my debit card to reserve my room. When I got there my debit card was charged an additional $200 for some fees that would be refunded if no damages were made. But then I was told that the credit back to my debt card could take up to ten days. That wasn’t cool at all. I didn’t like that my room was at the end of the hall, across from a door to the stairs. . It made me feel uncomfortable with my back turned trying to unlock my door every time I opened my door. I didn’t know if someone would appear from that door. I came in one night and one of male worker was too close to my door sweeping the hall that evening. I was already feeling paranoid about bring at the end of the hall right across from the stairs any way. He was polite and didn’t do anything wrong but it made feel a little eerie being a single women coming in. Other than that, everything was great. I would book again but I will use a credit card the next time and ask not to be put in the last room down the hall by the stairs.

Had a great stay! Close to everything!!

The hotel was in a great location (directly across from the beach). The room was clean and there was a microwave and mini fridge. There were daily activities for the kiddos and there is a restaurant and bar on site. Check in was smoothie and the front desk staff was helpful and nice. There is a foot wash and an outdoor shower to use when you return from the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great, the staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean and had very kid friendly. Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful. The pool area was immaculately maintained. They even provided pool balls and diving toys for kids. Chairs were NOT cheap plastic AND they were clean! I hate going to a property pool and and chairs are dirty and unkept! Great poolside service for food and drinks. The restaurant food was so good. Not your typical “concession” quality…real food freshly cooked! and VERY reasonably priced with big portions. Deserts white cheesecake or warm brownie sundaes! And ice cream and milkshakes for the kiddos. We added the breakfast package onto our stay so we had the option of a breakfast buffet or ordering from a select menu. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this resort.
