Excellent value for money. Great room which was very clean and comfortable, nice touch with tea and coffee. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces - they were very kind and let me park up and leave the car before check in time. Staff friendly, but tricky to get hold of at check in: I rang the bell several times but nobody came. I was let in by some returning guests, then found the manage3 who showed me to my room. That aside, I’d definitely return!

Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park.

The stay is in a good area close to Uxbridge town centre. Would highly recommend this place when looking for a budget place to stay. What’s outstanding is a functional working smart tv including YouTube and Netflix was a great plus with our stay. Staff lady was helpful and easy to check in and out. Would definitely recommend coming back in. Not to mention parking is free. What could be better if the bed was cleaner and the mattress more soft.

Value for money - if you just want a room & a place to crash

Getting access difficult, unmanned reception. Lots of damage to carpet

I booked this hotel and when arrived found the room had bed bugs had to leave and book another hotel.

Reason for trip was a Wembley Stadium concert. Great for an overnight stay

Experience matches the (cheap) price. Small room with barely enough space to get around the bed, and a shower that I could just barely close the door to. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Relatively clean, but not in the best condition. TV is mounted in a weird location so it wasn't really easy to watch. No in-room safe, contrary to what is listed on the website (owners also seemed very confused when I asked them about this and kept insisting that the room itself was safe, which was not my concern, although I will admit I now have some security concerns about the keypad locks and how often the codes are changed). Also there is absolutely zero soundproofing, so if you're a light sleeper definitely do not stay here. Overall: mediocre, if you're looking for a cheap stay.
