Owners had a bad tenant in prior that had snook a pet in the room. They were very apologetic, unfortunately the pet had urinated in the kitchen area. Owners did a thorough clean, downside was the strong smell of disinfectant through the night.
Sky tv didn’t work, asked owner why and was told there is no remote as it had been stolen.
Wifi signal was poor and kept disconnecting.
Owners were helpful and it suited our needs, is ok if looking for a one night budget stay.

Very friendly and helpful manager/owner. Close to river walks, supermarkets and city CBD. Great location if you were watching a match at the Hamilton Stadium.

The property is under new management. While the facilities are dated, they have recently replaced beds, which were comfortable.
