極佳 The property is very well maintained with an old world charm.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
The housekeeping could improve as requests were delayed to upto 4 reminders.
Breakfast was very good and the lady playing flute was charming.
All in all a wonderful place to stay.
Thank you

很好 The service was top notch. The room was very clean but needs an upgrade. New carpeting, and replacing the twin beds with double beds would make a marked difference and align with modern luxury standards.

Clean rooms, friendly staff-- especially jelpful with my daughter, spa massage was done well by Anjali. Basant and Abu were great at cleaning our room. Anshika, Faheem, Neha, and Karan did especially well in dining serving us! Thank you!

This is an excellent and legacy property. Have stayed here many times and it’s just absolutely amazing. The pool is lovely and the gardens are inviting. The cafe and restaurant are very inviting with music in the evenings.

Amazing service. When I approached Monika for a mask, she asked me what was wrong. I mentioned that one person of our group had a cold/flu, she offered to send Kadha up to our room. This was delivered hot and soothing within minutes (free of charge of course). This ws much appreciated. The rest of the staff were also super courteous and helpful.
