Perfect location if you take the train.

So close to Gare de l’Est and 10mins away from Gare du Nord, close to metro so easy to get about. Room great - all amenities, good size and air con which was needed!! Staff helpful and left our bags all day as Eurostar wasn’t until evening

We stayed for one night prior to an early morning train. Staff were kind and helpful, property was clean and room was perfect.

The room was a little small, but overall was a great experience, and the staff was so helpful.

AVOID - NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN! I travelled to Paris alone in June 2026. On my first night I left my room key inside my room and went to reception for a replacement. A few hours later when I tried to used my original key it didn't work so I went back to reception. What should have been a thirty second interaction turned into something I will not forget. The night receptionist was aggressive and condescending. After the interaction ended he followed me to the lift, held the doors open with his foot and physically prevented me from going up to my room. It was 3-4am. I was completely alone. I was frightened. I barricaded my door with furniture before I could sleep. I recorded the interaction for my own safety as I had no other witnesses. The same staff member approached me again on my final night despite a formal complaint having been made against him. When I said no, he continued anyway. The front office manager initially acknowledged the behaviour was unworthy of the hotel and promised disciplinary action. The general manager later reviewed CCTV footage (which has no audio)dismissed everything as a cultural difference in communication styles, threatened me with French recording laws, and closed the matter with no resolution. I would like to know what cultural difference makes it acceptable to physically obstruct a lone female guest from returning to her room at 4am. The hotel could not answer that either. I would not return.

Worst onsite manager ever. The way he speaks to paying customers is absolute rubbish. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and RUN FAR FAR AWAY from this one

Clean, pretty place with air conditioning.

Good location if using either Gare de l”est or Gare de Nord. Hotel modern and clean. I had a cosy room which was small but adequate as didn’t spend much time there other than sleeping. Negatives would have been better to have had a chair in the room rather than a stool. Also cleaner never replaced the milk or paper cup both minor issues but they do make a difference
