Air conditioning was not working well.

Personalet var imødekommende. Der er en dagligvarebutik og en VPBank stort set lige ved siden af - mega dejligt. Værelset var indelukket fordi der ikke var nogen vinduer, men ellers meget fint. Det ligger langt ude fra centrum, så der var ikke så mange turister eller trafik på vejen. Det var meget rart, men ift. at komme ind til centrum skal man tage bus eller bruge grab

色々設備が駄目になっていて何回も部屋を変えたあげく冷蔵庫が使えないか状況だった。 古いタイプでカードを抜くと冷蔵庫も冷房も止まるので常に暑かった

The staff was especially helpful and courteous, highly recommended

Nice place and friendly staffs

Good location for me to visit my colleague. There is a supermarket nearby and it is very convenient.

It is new and still being finished during our stay but super comfy beds and beautiful location.

It was a window-less room and the bathroom was not very clean. The shower room has a bad drain. I thought they don't have a restaurant and went out to have breakfast. Later they told me I could have breakfast at a restaurant on the top floor. I'm sorry but I don't think I will come back.

Great hotel and rooms very nice for the price. Lovely staff at reception and breakfast. The breakfast is basic but can order eggs/pho etc. Only criticism is They are a little bit lazy not taking down the Christmas decorations by Mid March.
