Not well maintained

good location, very helpful staffs and comfortable room

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Great location, kind and helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast. Our room was spacious, warm and quiet with a good shower. Not the most trendy decor, but excellent value for the price.

This was an excellent location, 5 mins from the Aqua terra Zoo, 20 min walk from the Museum Quarter and 25 min walk from Wiener Stadthalle. This is a budget friendly hotel with great helpful staff and good amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around so this makes up for no bar or restaurant on site. breakfast was good and fresh. It is on the 2nd floor so use of a small life or the stairs. Connection from the airport to Vienna City Airport train was easy and then a connection from Wien Mitte to Neubaugasse U3 underground was also easy.

Hotel is in the main shopping market Mariahilf area, most of the historical places are in walking distance. Only thing is the breakfast which is same every day.

It was good

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good coffee. Thumbs up to hotel convenient location , close to attractions , subway and amenities. Good value for the money despite of nearby construction.

This appears to be a family-run hotel, with very welcoming staff. The room was a bit outdated, but the bathroom was new. Unlike a traditional hotel with a ground-level lobby, you need to be buzzed in, as the building is shared with other businesses. Construction of a new underground metro means there are quite a few concrete barriers around. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
