低於平均 We expect better for a 5 star hotels like this, water on the floor while bathing. Half enclosed shower door, there was no way we could call the main desk,no phone # left to do a simple call

Rooms were kept clean. Staff was amazing. Excellent grounds which are well maintained. Overall, my first visit to Kochi was made more pleasant by the great hospitality. Food was awesome. Breakfast and dinner had all types of food, North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Southeast asian, etc. Desserts variety was also very good. I am sure when I visit Kochi again, Le Meridien is my place

The staff are outstanding and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for my father who is on a wheelchair. Hotel and food are both fabulous. Looking forward to the hotel after refurbishment. Hope to stay there again next year.
