No one on staff spoke English. The hotel is very dated and unkempt. There were several power outages in the 16 hours we were there.

It's definitely not what it used to be. I've stayed there many times during 2016 to 2020. It was lively, bright well staffed. Now it's a skeleton of what it once was. I stood 4 nights - 5 days went to breakfast the first day and after looking at it only had the coffee and left, i never went back i ate out for breakfast. The restaurants which once was the only restaurant i would eat lunch and dinner was not in service only for breakfast. The rooms looks as if it hasn't been painted in years. On the first night they changed my room 3 times and i finally settled for the 3rd room because i was exhausted.

Service was terrible. Place was dirty and no satisfaction from management. Will never recommend

This property is the worst. As a platinum member i will not recommend. I had a group of 9 persons and they were racially profiled and the bathroom was overflowing with water. the rooms were stink. the management did not care about customers.

The people

We have no hot water in our shower.cannot take a bath

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room we got was not as pictured. They didn't show that riom on expedia. It was ok for one night but not for much more.

The service was very slow. 2 hours for food or drinks, and power went out twice. Rooms seemed clean but it friend room wasn't. Their toilet broken, and mattress was disgusting. Plus no security locks on the door.
