The staff barely looked up to check you in and the room I was in didn't even have a working shower

A basic room and was perfect for us. We each had our own side of the sink which made getting ready for our concert a breeze for Breezy and Usher. 😂 Check in was an easy process booking thru expedia and thru the hotel as well. Every single staff member was helpful and kind and honestly chatting with each of them made my trip extra special. I will 100% be staying again when I come back for another concert. Whoever is responsible for the employees pay at this location better start adding some extra coin in their pockets expeditiously because I never leave reviews but they deserve all the love for making my stay great. ❤️

For a cheap hotel it was awesome! Clean, nice staff, easy access. The breakfast was too based on carbs. I’m diabetic and it wasn’t good choices for me but good coffee.

I actually never got to stay there. I booked the room because our Amtrak train was delayed due to weather and we weren’t going to make it to our original VRBO rental. We spent that night stuck on the train. After a 20 hour plus delay (37 hours total on the train), we finally made it to Denver. I called the hotel to make sure we could still check in at 7:00AM. The phone rang a few times then routed to the reservations representative who said our booking was canceled. We had already missed a full day of our vacation being stuck on the train. All we wanted was a shower and 2 hours to relax on a bed instead of in a train seat before heading to our next destination. We didn’t get that even though we had to paid for the room through check out time.

Staff was friendly at night. Day person not as much. Room was not well taken care of. Things falling apart. Window didnt vlose and no screen on it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot. They wouldn’t move my room when I asked after checking in and being placed right on broadway road, I am a very light sleeper and requested a room change. They told me they would move me the next day, that didn’t happen. When I went to talk to the front desk I was upset after not being able to sleep at all the first night and he wouldn’t listen to me at all, he literally left the desk with his food to go eat in the back and said he wasn’t listening to me. The second day I was getting ready to check out and because it was a little after 11am they called and said they were calling the cops of me for still being in the room. The most disrespectful HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT expect any type of decency or customer care/service at this property.

Staff was amazing. Very well mannered. The room seemed dingy. Couch was terrible could even sit on it. Parking was terrible. The people in the next room were loud and ppl walking around all hours of the night
