We honestly felt like we were at a tropical resort!!! Our view over looked the golf course and the amazing outdoor/indoor spa and water facilities. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Having in and out privileges for the spa was such a bonus! The property was beautiful and very well taken care of. The staff were extremely friendly and didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable about speaking English or French. We will definitely be back for more vacations here!

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons soupé au resto KATO. C’était vraiment excellent!!!! Il y avait un balcon dans notre chambre. Toute était parfait. Toutefois, nous étions un peu déçu de ne pas avoir accès au spas ( nous devions payer un supplément de 30$ chaque et nous étions 4. Il était trop tard après le souper pour que sa vaille la peine). Peut être avoir des forfais de fin de soirée ou à l’heure.

The bed was too soft, and found pillows uncomfortable.

You have to pay for the pool. I paid $289 for the hotel room. No where on the site does it say you have to pay for pools/spa separately. No where. I had to pay $139 total for my daughter and I to use the pool for 5 hours. Ridiculous

Hôtel facilement accessible avec un stationnement libre-service pratique. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Très propre et bien tenu. Espace spacieux et accueillant. Chambre immense offerte à un prix incroyable ! Il ne manquait malheureusement qu’un mini-frigo dans la chambre.

Everything was above expectations except the one day they shut the whole hotel and spa down for a scheduled electrical upgrade by Quebec hydro and repaired ( shut down) the most popular large pool. Notice was not given at the time of booking only by email the week of, and pamphlets at concierge. Loss of the room , phone/ laptop chargers, the restaurant and spa lost. Two spa coupons were provided I recommend you require hotels to post when they are having scheduled maintenance and like rental units, warnings in advance under each door. Otherwise five stars!

Beautiful hotel

This is a lovely place to go to in order to enjoy a spa weekend. I was fairly pleased with the pools in the spa however one of the pools was under maintenance so i found the remaining pools a bit crowded. The room was lovely, however I found the staff to be a not very responsive. We requested additional pillows and the staff brought us two additional pillows. We were 4 people in the room and my daughter who is 27 asked for additional pillows and the staff did not send any, then my daughters friend called to enquire about the request and again no response. Finally I had to call the reception and they did bring us the additional pillows. Not sure why they wouldn't respond to my daughters request.

Heaven! Room was spacious and beautiful - amenities included discounts for our spa day. Restaurants were 11/10.

Great vacation hotel
