Stay some other place very dirty and awful breakfast very neglected place

Had a cockroach on my room and they did not care and do nothing about it

Receptionist was terrible!

No in-room microwave, hair dryer broken, very poor layout of handicap room definitely not user-friendly. Did not have a buffet breakfast as advertised on Expedia website! Would not book here again.

Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful.
