Great breakfast and nice room.. only 4 stars because they charge you to use the in room safe and only allow you to exchange beach towels every other day.

AVOID. I booked this hotel for my birthday which was ruined by tremendous noise caused by the cleaner at 8am. Rude cleaning lady began making noise in the room next door at 8am banging the beds, moving furniture around etc even though this is not allowed until 9am. She pretended that she did not know she was not supposed to be making noise at that time and continued. The reception did not contact her and instead said they would mention it to the manager, whom they were unable to reach. This despite the fact that they knew exactly which room number I was in, the room number that the cleaner was in, and that there are phones in the room on which they could contact the cleaner. The desk/table area of the room was white but covered in scratches where the paint had come off and this had not been repaired. On the balcony, the metal fittings were dirty and rusted and in a bad state. Absolutely not up to four star standard.

We thought the staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean and quiet. Only downside was the sun loungers on the ‘private beach’ were chargeable and the drinks in the bar were expensive.

Lovell’s hotel with a good sea view. Close to the town with everything within walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Good level of entertainment each night and even a singer during breakfast time.

What a hotel, the staff however made it even more fantastic, they are so friendly, welcoming and i cant thank them enough. Special shout out to the chef who made my mrs a lactose free dessert without even asking. Every morning they would have lactose free butter waiting for us for breakfast. The housekeepers who were so friendly, the waiters and restaurant staff, i could go on for ever. The hotel is great, perfect location, lovely beach, parking was no issue, loved our sea view room, but what truly made it stand out were the staff. I will be returning again for sure!!!. Amazing ocean views right on beach and in central location area for North of Island activities. Staff super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for our honeymoon welcome. Great food restaurant on site. Perfect location for beach and also to walk into town shopping and restaurants. Easy street parking nearby, plenty of spots to choose room within a couple blocks of hotel if have car rental.

Amazing staff, they are so accommodating and friendly. The quality of the food and drinks is great. Location -right on the beach, quiet but close to everything.
