A great hotel. Marja the receptionist greeted us with a smile, and was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, hotel has great food, even for vegans like us. We were able to use the hotel bicycles for free No hesitation in giving 5 stars all the way! The free gym we got to use was as good as our gym in the US.

Bit unfair to single out one person from the group of staff who were all very professional and super friendly BUT the Check in lady on Saturday morning 24th January was exceptional, an absolute credit to Scandic. In regards amenities, we had 2 rooms and they were clean and met our needs for our stay in Kemi.
We also ate in the Bistro and found the service and food to be very good.

An old hotel with good staff. Some rooms are a bit 80’s-ish type but some have e.g. recently renovated bathrooms. Has a sauna and a pool.

There is limired accommodation in Kemi, so this is one of average stay, good location. But facilities are quite tired

This hotel had the best people working for them. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the waitresses were funny and friendly. Just can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We will tell everyone about it
