Location and stuff.

smelled like cigs , not clean enough

I booked the family room with 2 bedrooms, but it was 2 rooms side by side, with no connection. Luckily it was my 18 year old nephew next door, but if it was younger kids, I would not have been comfortable with it. The location was amazing with buses and trains to anywhere in Paris. One bus to the arc de triomphe or Eiffel Tower

The staff are flexible and very helpful. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. It is my to go place in Paris. Walkable to main areas too.

Clean property in a safe area, rooms are very small however.

So cute! Front desk was awesome and was exactly what me and my friend were looking for

Our second time we stay there! We appreciate the convenient area for walking around safely and dining options around Place des Termes. Staff is quite nice and helpful.

Expérience décevante. À mon arrivée, on m’a donné la clé d’une chambre déjà occupée, ce qui m’a fait entrer dans la chambre de quelqu’un d’autre par erreur ! Cet incident m’a mise très mal à l’aise et m’a laissée inquiète pour ma sécurité durant tout mon séjour. Avec chaque bruit, je me réveillais, craignant que quelqu’un entre dans ma chambre à cause de cette histoire de clés. De plus, l’isolation est insuffisante, rendant le sommeil difficile, et il y avait une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Gorgeous place to stay and the furnishings are exquisite to say the least. The staff especially Ahmed cannot do enough for their guests. Great area of your looking for luxury you found your perfect Parisian stay
