One of the best hotel experiences I've had. Location was excellent to visit the Colosseum and Roman Forum, as well as other attractions. The hotel is quite small with only a few guests, so the staff truly treat you like old friends; very attentive and helpful. Very comfortable beds. The entire place is full of charm. A true 5-star experience.

Room was fantastic. The location is perfect, in city center but on a quiet street just a short walk away from restaurants and the colloseum. You can see roman ruins as soon as you walk out the door. The crypt within the hotel was also very cool. The option to have breakfast and appertivo there was so comvienent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Also top notch AC.

Interesting property unique as it has rooms of ancient ruins attached
Reception staff very good
Shower head not good needs a quality one not plastic.
Breakfast head waiter was grumpy for every breakfast and it cast a shadow over this small beautiful eating area .
Really unacceptable considering.

Very unusual BC ancient history archeological ruins where u check in .
Breakfast team not happy and need to realise they represent a beautiful gracious hotel rather than just going thru the motions ….nice breakfast spoiled by staff attitude especially by lead waiter!!

The hotel is the Best hotel in Rome. Every single staff is professional, helpful, kind, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I had an issue with my uber drive and was dropped off at the wrong hotel nearby and the manager and bell man came to pick me up. Just from the beginning of my stay I could tell this hotel was special. The next time I am in Rome I will absolutely stay here. P.s they have a beautiful room this is ancient ruins and guest have access to it. Super charming!! A++++ for this hotel.

Such a wonderful hotel. Walking through the 1st century BC cave was a delight. The staff members, Rocky, Jordana, and Antonio, were incredible. Their service made my stay amazing and unique. I cannot stress enough the remarkable service from the hotel staff members. The room was so clean. The location is astounding. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to all members.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was very spacious.
The buildings had so much character to the dining room and the amazing roof terrace.
