My parents and I paid for a relaxing holiday and instead experienced 9 days of frustration, poor hygiene and shocking customer service. From day one, our room had no soap, no toilet paper, a faulty air conditioner, a fridge that didn’t cool, unreliable Wi-Fi and poor soundproofing. After I made a formal complaint, housekeeping actually got worse. My room was left uncleaned for three consecutive days. Management’s solution? A cheap bottle of champagne and an apology note while the room remained filthy. I spent the last four days arguing with reception just to have my room cleaned properly. When they finally came, they removed both blankets, left only a sheet on the bed and I had to ask three times before they brought blankets at 1:00 a.m. The restaurant was just as bad. I was served food that was still frozen in the middle. When I complained, the waiter told me he was “doing me a favour” by cooking and serving it. The buffet had almost no options for guests who don’t eat pork for religious reasons. This hotel failed in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality and customer service. Management had every opportunity to fix these issues and chose not to. A complete waste of money. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere.

La chambre était trop petite et il y a plein de poussière en dessous du lits et la service fait un nettoyage superficielle pas de cafetière dans la chambre, on entend les voisins douger ou quand ils parlent

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!

Had the worst experience during my stay, service is horrible and the AC did not work They made me sleep one full night without AC and sent a fan

Staff need to be abit more attentive

Nous avons pris demi pension, petit déjeuner buffet bien, ligne d'attente infernal, dinner buffet, viande très très dure, ligne d'attente avant de rentrer dans le resturant et ligne d'attente pour le buffet infernal, tu n'oublies rien car tu ne veux pas retourner en ligne. De plus aucunes boissons n'est incluses au buffet, même pas l'eau, sauf le matin. Coffre fort dans les chambres payant, serviette pour la piscine devons donner un dépot en argent comptant, de plus il y a des gens qui réservent leur place à 7h le matin à la piscine même s'ils n'ont pas le droit alors l'hotel de fait pas respecter les règlements alors si tu ne fait pas la même chose tu risques de ne pas avoir de place et la piscine ouvre vers 10h, chaise à la mer payante. Garage devons donner dépot de 40$ en argent comptant même si le montant a tout été payé.Check in réception très compliquée. Nous pensions de relaxer pour la fin de nos vacances de 3 semaines un 4 jours tranquilles, très mauvais choix, c'est un endroit familial et tres animée. Pour la détente je ne le conseilles pas. Tu attends pour tout et armer vous de patiente car tout est long ( fin mai 2026) la haute saison n"est pas commencée

Fantastic stay checkin could have been a little better but everything else was exceptional best hotel in Santa Susanna

Stayed for 4nights with the teenage child. This was our first hotel where was no music in the restaurant , inside bar either outside around the swimming pool. The most quiet hotel we have ever stayed. The food was really nice, everyone nicely enjoyed the variety of sea food and meat. Little a bit confused about the explanation of either going for full board or half board as every person in reception was saying something different. Good selection of drinks , everyone could find something nice and enjoy. The room was clean and look after but you can clearly see that is run down a bit especially balcony. The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool. Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there.

Housekeeping standards are very poor here, no fresh towels provided during a 2 night stay and dirty towels left behind on the floor. Outdated and dirty rooms. Breakfast is average, there is always a long que to enter the breakfast area. Deposit required to enter the gym and for beach towels. Would not stay here again.

It's close to the beach. However, the restaurant has a considerable queue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms has to be improved. A few employees are not amiable.
