極佳 Loved the place. It is pristine clean, the rooms are huge, and the food was delicious! We were not able to use the pool due to the weather but it looked so nice.
There is no free water on the rooms to make the coffee, you'd have to buy the bottled water.I guess there might be a few fountains somewhere, but we did not ask. I would go back, for the price you have a nice, comfortable experience, and the food is great.

This place was wonderful. Im not sure the bathroom floor was clean when we arrived but we made do.
Breakfast and dinner buffet was a great touch. Not the best dinner but free is good!! Pool was nice. A little crowded but nice.
Didn't get the Expedia Gold member perks, but would still stay here again in a heartbeat.

For the price, this hotel was underwhelming. Big room but it needed updating. The layout of the bathroom and bedroom was awkward with the sink area right next to the bed. There were no hooks for hanging anything on the bathroom. It was also a difficult hotel to navigate, both inside and getting into and out of the property. The staff was not welcoming and did not provide any helpful information at check in. The location was ok for us since we were visiting the Oyster Bay area. I would not stay here again.

極佳 It was amazing to spend time in this wonderful Hotel. ❤️ Five years I spend 2 weeks there every summer and feel that I like it more and more. Perfect food, very clean rooms, spa. Everything for us!

This is our most favorite hotel to stay at when we’re on Long Island. The breakfast and dinner they serve Monday - Thursday is very tasty. Their rooms are perfect for long or short stays.
