Jeff at front desk was awesome. Pooling wasnt open yet. Waiting for state inspection

When we got there, we told the pool was not working, which was a big disappointment. Our room’s nice bathroom was a little old but the morning we woke up the first night. There was a huge roach on the ceiling over my bed. I asked to have our rooms changed. I was surprised that breakfast was not free. Overall it was an OK place. They did compass free breakfast after the bug issue and the food was really good.

I had an overall okay stay, but there are a few things that brought the experience down. First of all, the hotel feels quite worn. The furniture in the room was visibly used, with many scratches and marks, which gave it an older and less inviting appearance. Additionally, I experienced small ants in the room throughout my stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but noticeable enough to affect the overall comfort. The biggest issue, however, was the key card. On 4 out of 5 evenings, it did not work when I returned to the hotel, meaning I had to go to the front desk each time to regain access to my room. This was quite frustrating. The staff was super friendly, but overall the experience did not meet expectations.
