As a four star hotel the service should be 4 Not 2
I just arrived after long trip 10 hours and i just need to relax , the hotel allow me to get my room at 12 thankfully instead of 2 pm so i went to my room and sleep , and when i wake up i want to have lunch and do some shopping, so i ask from front disk 3 simple things : 1- some water bottles 2- something to but my bags on 3- water leaking from the refrigerator and she was more than happy to fix the issue but unfortunately i left 4 hours and when i come back nothing was happened . And when i call them they said that the engineer didn’t find any thing but the pics is saying a different thing . I am on of there client and i stay in this hotel many times , but this will be my last

It is a nice place in Deira for short or long stays.
Easy to get to subway, airport and City Center Mall.
Just be aware, Deira is a bit dated area.
