很好 Overall great experience but the fact that the AC is locked and very weak, our room was at 28c / 82f all night isn't acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The staff couldn't do anything because they use a centralized system and the remotes really only control on/off. The AC register was blowing at 24c / 75f with barely any pressure. If we had not come during the summer, I would have left a 5 star review.

The swimming pool tennis courts were amazing the staff were so very welcoming and kind had a great stay would’ve added a couple of days to my itinerary if I had known how wonderful this town and this roperty was going to be

The staff is nice. The room is nice but no coffee machine in room or bath robes. They had coffee in the main area for tours and told us we could not have any. The restaurant was nice and staff was attentive. We didn't get breakfast too expensive. The hotel should have a shuttle to town it's too far you need a car. This hotel if they don't provide a coffee machine in the rooms they should offer it in the main area.

Hotel looked pretty new and clean. You beed a car to access the town but is just 5 mins driving. Staff was AMAZING, a shout out to the guy that was at night and got a fan for us because in most hotels in France air conditioning dies not work until it’s officially summer. Breakfast was very good!
