Friendly staff. Shuttle service was great

Rooms were clean and spacious. While an additional cost, the breakfast buffet was easy and filling. The free airport shuttle was convenient as was the hotel storing our luggage during the day. Our room had no shampoo but we requested some and they brought it up quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Petit séjour en famille pour reprendre l'avion. Parfait avec la navette.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating in getting our room for earlier check in.

Nice property, rooms are modern and clean. Food and wait staff were excellent. My only draw back was the Front Desk staff were very un-enthusiastic. No one asked about my stay or anything. Still had great stay and would visit again.

The staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was on time and very efficient. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Good Breakfast, Decent room.

A nice hotel, close to the airport

Nice hotel friendly staff, clean and well maintained. You pay a premium for a nights stay and the buffet breakfast is also exspensive..

It was perfect. Shuttled from the airport, straight there. Check in and out seamless. The staff was so friendly to Americans. Made me feel right at home. Slept the sleep of the dead, so tired. The bed was nice. Uber pulled up right next to the door. Convenient and easy! Little store inside was nice. I would definitely book again if I'm ever in Vancouver.
