Amazing hotel, perfectly located with great rooms, pool, bar’s/food. Staff are fantastic and very friendly, the rooms were excellently maintained and the cleaning staff were brilliant.

Looooooooveeeeed it!!! One of the best hotels in Italy!! We felt in love with this property and their staff!!! It was perfection!! We are really happy we stayed here!! Almost all staff was very welcoming and helpful. We used every single amenity in the hotel , we went to both restaurants and both were amazing , really good food, the Michelin star with only 5 tables restaurant was a beautiful experience, we went to the Roof top every night and every day to the dry martini bar that is the only one in Italy and every single time was fantastic ,they have a beautiful garden that makes you feel in fairytale; we had breakfast every day but it was the only off thing about the place, you can tell every single item in the buffet is super processed food , it was boring because every day is the same thing…. For sure packaged foods!! Also our room was really hot we could control the A/C so that was very uncomfortable for us. I would def recommend this hotel but make sure to go during spring…summer I wouldn’t recommend…if in spring was hot I don’t want to know how bad it could get in summer.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was fantastic. The area is beautiful. Our room was not as clean as it could be - it needed to be swept and cleaned more around the tub. The shower leaked a lot when we used it each time as the door did not have a seal at the bottom. The shower products and lotion were out as well. Also had other guests being loud until 1am. For the price we paid, we hoped to have a cleaner and more seemless stay. Overall good and loved the area and the staff!

Great Hotel ! the staff was extremely accommodating and the Hotel was clean and very accommodating with everything you need.

The entire experience was amazing! The staff was always kind and helpful from assisting with our luggage to scheduling taxis. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was well maintained and relaxing!

Excellent service and very helpful staff

This was our first time staying at the Majestic Palace hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we had everything we needed. The feeling of the hotel is very relaxed, and it is truly a “destination hotel.” I would also highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant, Don Geppi, that is located in the hotel. We had dinner there on our final night in Italy, and it was an incredible experience!

Such a Beautiful Hotel to stay at. Location is great, staff are very friendly and helpful! The cocktails on the roof top bar are top notch, and the view is second to none!
