I don't get room when arrived at 1.30pm. All room sold out.Front desk say they have not get any information from hotel.com when I show them your confirmation note from my email. I walk away and find other hotel..I'm piss!!

All conditions is good but my booking not link to hotel.com. Full payment already done during booking thru hotel.com but need to pay again due to my booking not in the OYO hotel booking system..
very upset.
