I don’t have any complaints. Room was clean, spacious, A/C worked fantastic. I did a few items laundered and it was an insane price tag of over 130€ for less than a load of laundry. I would stay there again, unless I wanted to be more central to the old town.

Not great compared with other NHCollection hotels. Lack of care & maintenance in lobby areas, toilets and bar. Dried up pintxos and still dried crossants at 4pm. No welcome items - empty cloche no water in the water jars by the welcome sign…. I have photos to prove this.

Secure parking available with electric car charging
Excellent advice from a Guest services Manager on places to visit and use of the Metro - a great experience!
Our room whilst good had a really noisy fridge - so much so we had to unplug it
