低於平均 Hotel misrepresented their claim of how much time it takes to get from certain locations in Barcelona to their hotel. My taxi driver said the hotel is so remote that we would have a very difficult time getting a taxi or ride share to pick us up and it would cost so much. I had to cancel. I asked for a refund and they absolutely refused, even after presenting the facts that they mislead people about how long it takes. Found out later that other people have left similar reviews. Do yourself a favor and spend more to be in downtown. You'll save on taxis.
