Staff members best out there. Suleiman, what a kind man. Great location of hotel. Good for friends trip!

This hotel was terrible. very dirty and uncleaned. the hair dryer didn’t work. Safe box was locked and useless. Towels were rotten.The room strongley smellef sweage and was terrible. It was very noisy and you could not sleep. The bathroom ventilation fan was destroyed when I asked staff to fix , they told is is impossible. the breakfast food dishes on the self service bar were broken and unhealth. The worst hotel I have ever seen.

Small hotel very well located in Takim. The bathroom was very tiny but had everything needed. Personel was very nice although some workers only spoke Turkish. Everything that wasn't as great ad expected was surpased by the great location

Respectful staff, good location near Esteghlal Street. The elevator was too small, it was for just 1 person!

Everything it was average

The employees were all amazing. I went to them with many questions, and all were answered. They provided me with great recommendations for food. I was always greeted with a smile every time I saw them. Great stay overall!

A good staying staff was very friendly also room size was great I recommend this hotel for travelers for long and short stay

Front desk staff are great as are the breakfast staff. The small refrigerator didn’t work in either room we looked at. Nice that the large fridge in their kitchen was offered but it’s 5 floors away. Great location! Loud club music nearby made it very difficult to sleep. Not their fault but just be aware.
