Be aware that the cheapest room will not have ac and can be warm even with the ceiling fan during the day and early part of the night. I have stayed at the hotel for years during my flight home. I would recommend this hotel.

Maybe add a microwave to the rooms, also the staff be a little more professional. Whenever people would walk by the staff will speak rudely of people in Spanish not knowing other people understand it.

My stay was a good stay. It's super close to a lot of San José's best spots around. They also offer excursion packages if you forgot. Breakfast was great and convenient. The room is small but very clean.

We were disappointed when asked to pay for a face towel with a small food stain. The staff insisted on payment despite our decline.
Furthermore, the air conditioning was not cooling adequately, the food lacked flavor, and the staff's service was unhelpful.

Staff don’t seem to know how to interact with public or are sick of them. Saw one desk worker yell at older man who was hard of hearing. Nor pleasant.
