We arrived to the hotel it stunk terribly. We went up to our room after being told the pool & waterpark are both out of order and pulled out the bed it broke fell straight to the floor broken mirror at my two year olds reach we left and got a refund. Do not recommend.

I never stayed in the hotel after check in I went to my room and the entire hotel was disgusting and had homeless people staying in rooms that the door handles were broken out of. It felt really unsafe after I found my room. I decided I wasn’t comfortable or safe staying in the hotel so I went back to the front desk and told them I would not be staying and they said they would handle processing my refund

Needs updated...rust in bathroom..no smoke detectors.. very dirty windows..hallways piled with garbage..holes in bathroom ceiling

It’s cool for the time being

The property looked like a hotel that is way past its prime. Rust and water stains above the bathtub. The double doors throughout the hallways were disgusting. Wouldn’t use my hands to push open. I would suggest leveling the place and start over. Will never stay there again. The only positive thing I can say about the place is the staff was very pleasant and very accommodating.

I’ve literally never been to a more disgusting and dirty hotel in my life. It looked like a crack den. Water park was closed (main reason we booked here), breakfast was a no go. Walked in and tiles and parts of the walls missing. Going through the hallway and doors had missing door knobs and reeked of old smoke. Got into the room and there was hair on the sheets, stains on the bedspread, dirt and debris all over the sticky floor and walls. Burn marks everywhere. Immediately connected with Expedia and demand a refund and booked elsewhere for almost double the price. Well worth it to get away from hotel hell

water park was closed. Bathroom light barely worked. Overall environment was not enjoyable.

Dirty dirty dirty! Mold, stains, broken doors, broken windows, no lights, uses shampoo/ conditioner in my room. Leaky faucets, smelly.

Dirty halls, stained bed sheets, broken faucet and also looked like there was a lot of water damage. Both elevators were broken and not in use and one of the stairways had literal poop on the steps.

Room had flying Nats in it, smelled moldy, Waterpark out of commission, elevator near lobby out of commission which sucked seen room was on 4th floor. Breakfast was meh. TV in room is out of date. Air conditioner worked randomly on and off. Before 9am housekeeping was knocking on door to see when leaving.
